Bank Account Opening Assistance
A corporate account that clears compliance the first time it is reviewed.
Bank account opening is where a clean setup most often stalls. Compliance teams are looking for a coherent story: the activity on your licence, the customers you say you will have, the money you expect to move, and the people behind the company — all consistent with each other and properly documented.
We prepare the application and the compliance file to that standard, introduce you to banks whose appetite matches your activity, and stay with the file through the review questions that follow.
What's included
- Bank selection advice based on your activity, turnover and currency needs
- Corporate account application preparation and submission
- Compliance and KYC file assembly for the bank's review
- Board resolution and signatory mandate drafting
- Coordination of signatory attendance and verification
- Follow-up on compliance queries through to account activation
How it works
A fixed sequence, with a named contact accountable for each stage.
Profile review
We review your activity, ownership, expected turnover and counterparties against each bank's known appetite.
Bank selection
We recommend the banks most likely to onboard you and explain what each will want to see.
File preparation
Application forms, board resolution, signatory mandate and the KYC pack are prepared and checked for consistency.
Submission and signatory attendance
The file is submitted and signatory verification scheduled at the branch.
Compliance follow-up
We respond to the bank's queries and track the file through to an active account and online banking access.
Documents you'll need
Send what you have and we will tell you what is missing. Nothing is submitted until the file is complete, because an incomplete submission is what causes delays.

- Board resolution authorising the account and naming signatories
